Launched in 2011 OlyRia Catering pioneered a trend of new ideas and culinary applications in a stale market that demanded a higher quality approach . Soon the difference of homemade upscale food delicacies became the sensation that allowed OlyRia Catering to become the absolute steady favor to institutions like Embassies, NGOs, diplomatic delegations and corporate meetings. The challenge of surpassing the call for the “new” and make it acceptable in an environment that lacked food technology, technical background and service knowhow is won. The time has come to apply new ideas and provide the necessary expertise keeping strict international standards in Quality, Safety, Health and Variety.   1. Operating as personal Chef to the Ambassador of the European Delegation at his home. Responsible for all the personal and business functions during this period  (reference letter available from EU Delegation)
  2. A large number of functions including IFTARS during Ramadan period at the premises της European Delegation
  3. Canteen catering of the Greek School in Khartoum 2011 – 2013
  4. CAFETERIA / BUFFET of   Hellenic Athletic Club of Khartoum,  –  organizing   numerous private functions buffet style
  5. Cafeteria of the  S.A.  Embassy of  Khartoum  – Sudan  From March 2013 until April 2016
  6. APRIL 2014 – EGG ROLL, 350 attendees, casual apparel, four stations open Buffet, BBQ of hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza and pop corn, all freshly made on the spot.
  7. GUARDS / SECURITY / POLICE of the U.S.A. Embassy of Khartoum – Sudan   From  June 2013 until now,  three  (3)  meals  per day,  daily  including weekends for  16 to 52 guards. Weekly (5 days)  we prepare and deliver three (3) meals per day  for  52 guards.   On weekends (Fridays and Saturdays)  we  prepare and deliver  three (3) meals to 16 guards.
  8. NOVEMBER 2014  –  MARINE  BALL,  320  attendees, formal apparel, three stations  Open Buffet, gourmet food – ten special varieties.
